Wake on Saturday. No alarms unless you want one. Early risers can head for a walk, snoozers can take their time.Â
AÂ family kitchen, coffee brewing. Breakfast at your pace.Â
Then we begin.
We head to the studio for our first session â a strong yet steady Vinyasa flow. Energising. Uplifting, not draining. Followed by a grounding mindset meditation to centre you and set you up perfectly for the day ahead.
Youâll already feel lighter.
Mid-morning, our chef brings something delicious to refuel us before we head out to the lake.
Private cabin sauna.
Yoga flow on the decking overlooking the water.
Freshwater dip if you wish.
Tea in hand. Firepit warmth. Toasted snacks. Laughter. Or quiet, if thatâs what you need.
Hearty, grounding time outdoors.
While we reset by the water, our late lunch is being prepared for us back at the cottage. We return to eat well, relax, and let the day settle into our bones.
The afternoon brings a beautifully balanced Yoga session, finishing with a slow Yin practice to soften, stretch and completely unwind at the end of the day.
Head to Home Cottage. Shower. Change. Feel at home.Â
Meanwhile, dinner is being lovingly prepared by our private Chef. We gather for a candle-lit evening meal. Eat. Talk. Rest. You can retreat to your room early or stay and soak up the warmth of the group.
Sunday morning arrives gently.
Breakfast at your pace. Then an empowering, uplifting first Yoga class of the day to leave you feeling strong, steady and clear.
More delicious snacks appear. And then we drift into something special. A deeply immersive Sound Bath experience. Chakra bowls. Stillness. That magical, âwhere did I just go?â feeling. Youâll disappear into it in the best possible way. This instructor is simply incredible!Â
We return softly. Lunch is served. Time to walk, journal, talk, or simply sit with a cup of tea. Connection with the group â or with yourself. Or both.
Warming our minds and bodies with a Yoga class and closing meditation to anchor everything youâve felt. You leave calm. Confident. Reset. Knowing you can release, relax and re-centre whenever you choose.

Yoga, Lake & Sauna Experience
