While your body Sleeps and your mind rests of activity you experience an escape and be in a peaceful meditation between awake and asleep. This is what we call Bliss! Coaching you through the Yoga Kosha's to allow your body to stay awake and yet tranquillity the results in new found energy for the rest of the day or ready for bed and gain a deep sleep.
