Information:
Hotel Accommodation is available at hotel prices. if 10 or more book it will be £99 B&B for each single occupancy bedroom. Organise this through the hotel directly.
Yoga mat is required. Bring your own Yoga mat approx 5mm thickness. Not a Pilates 10mm or soft camping mat / other alternative for safety and comfort.

Cancellation Policy:
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel your participation. The cancellation policy is designed to be fair to all participants while ensuring a seamless experience for everyone involved.

1. You have 7 days to cancel and get 100% refund if you change your mind. (sales from 1st May early enough to apply)
2. 28+ Days in advance: (11th May)
If you wish to cancel your participation 50% will be forfeited and only 50% refunded
3. 14 Days in advance: (25th May)
If you wish to cancel your participation 100% of the total retreat fee will be forfeited with no refund option. You can sell your space to a friend.
**Venue Payment Consideration:**
Please note that our cancellation policy is in place because we are required to settle the balance with the venue two months prior to the retreat.
We recommend that you carefully review your schedule and commitment before booking your spot for the event.
